Welcome to the ISGOC Youth Program!

Currently, the ISGOC Youth Program is available for boys and girls ages 6-12 and for boys and girls ages 12-18. The groups meets on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The first half of the program consists of Islamic lessons, they stop for lunch, and then continue on to an afternoon activity.

The prime objective of the Youth Program is to provide a plate form to all its members for healthy activities amid the non-Islamic and wild society of non-Muslims for their social and spiritual growth. The current layout for ISGOC's two programs are:

Youth Program (Boys & Girls) ages 6-11

Our Islamic Studies Class include:

Classes teaching children the ritualistic aspects of worship, such as Salah, Wudu', etc.

Class covering the basics of Islam

Shariing the Stories of the Prophets for the Qur'an

Teaching children the Life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

(12:00p.m.- 1:00 p.m.) - Lunch & Zuhr Prayer

(1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.) - Activity

Some of our Activities include:

Games (Basketball, Dogeball, Celebration Station, Soccer, Video Games Tournaments, Bowling, Field Trips, Islamic Lock-ins in the Masjid, etc.)

 

Youth Program (Boys & Girls) ages 12-18

(11:00a.m.-12:30p.m.) - Islamic Studies Class

(12:00p.m.- 1:00 p.m.) - Lunch & Zuhr Prayer

(1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.) - Activity

Our Islamic Studies Class include:

In-Depth study of the "Sirah"- Life of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Power Point presentations covering a range of Islamic topics related to the Youth

Guest Lecturers/Speaker - The ISGOC invites notable motivational speakers and scholars in dealing the challenges that Muslim Youth face in the America.

Some of our Activities include:

Games (Basketball, Soccer, Video Games Tournaments, Bowling, Field Trips, Islamic Lock-ins in the Masjid, etc.)
